Division 7 utilizes only the most up-to-date methods recommended by major roofing manufactures.  We have the experience to offer valuable contributrions to the design process in order to assure the long-tem success of your roofing application.  All styles of membrane roofing applications are available including ballasted, mechanically attached, and fully adhered systems, plus Green and Vegetated roofing, IRMA inverted roofing systems, and energy effiecient white roofing membranes.





Re-Roof/Recover

We work with you to determine the right solution for your existing roof.  By performing a complete roofing survey, your needs are determined in conjunction with local codes and established good roofing practice.  Decorative solutions can also be considered, such as simulated battens or standing seams.





Metal Roof Retrofit

We provide permanent roofing solutions for old, leaking metal roofs.  Installing a new "Freedom Roof" system over a deteriorated metal roof can add years of life, and much-needed insulation to your building.  Over the life of a new "Freedom Roof" you can save the cost of a new roof in reduced heating and cooling costs.
